This website and its content (WEBSITE) belong exclusively to the Project BiblioAfrica Project, in possession of the electronic address https://biblioafrica.wixsite.com/biblioafrica (WEBSITE) and other similar addresses.

 

1. The USER is the person, individual or legal entity, who registered on the WEBSITE, or purchased services or products through the WEBSITE, who recognises and accepts the Terms of Use described herein, in this type of Contract through electronic means. 

 

2. By accessing the WEBSITE and/or purchasing any service or product through it, you declare that you are aware and in agreement, without restrictions and irrevocably and irreversibly, with the content of this digital agreement (TERMS OF USE) and with our Policy of Privacy. 

 

3. If you disagree with any part of this document, do not access this site or purchase products or services offered here.

 

4. Any tolerance by BiblioAfrica concerning non-compliance with obligations set in its Terms of Use, contracts and on the WEBSITE Privacy Policy does not imply novation, nor does it disregard the right to fulfil the obligation.

 

II. USE OF THE WEBSITE

1. The written content of this WEBSITE in the form of media, videos and voice, is the intellectual property of the BiblioAfrica Project.

 

2. The content made available, whether free or paid, never occurs by sale and purchase or any form of definitive transfer of ownership.

 

3. When purchasing any product, info product or service from BiblioAfrica, the USER is bound by the same contract, an integral part of these “legal terms”, described below.

 

4. The acquisition of rights regarding the use of products and/or services provided by BiblioAfrica will be done through financial platforms specialised in electronic payments and intermediation (eg: Gofundme). These have their own regulations, terms of use and policies, to be analysed separately and under the sole responsibility of those companies. We recommend the USER not to do any business or buy products or services if in disagreement with the regulations, terms of use and/or the policies of the payment platforms.

 

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

1. All rights relating to this WEBSITE are reserved to BiblioAfrica, including, but not limited to, texts, images, audios, videos and any other content. All brands listed here belong to BiblioAfrica or supplier companies or refer to products for which we have the proper marketing license.

 

2. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, using, distributing, giving public access, acquiring the right to access any course or service collectively, making our content available for free or for a fee to the general public, transforming, plagiarising, or modify the contents in any way.

 

IV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

1. The USER who partially or fully disagrees with the privacy policy or the terms of use published here must not access the content of the WEBSITE.

This website is regulated by the BiblioAfrica Project (herein called “we"). We are a non-profit organisation formed by volunteers working in Brazil and abroad, originated at CEAEC – Center for Higher Studies of Conscientiology, located in the city of Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil, at Rua da Cosmoética, n. 1.635, CEP 85.856-530, Cognópolis. We are a conscientiocentric, non-profit, cultural, scientific, educational, non-political and universalist organisation.

 

We are responsible for the data provided by the user (hereinafter “you”), and we process your data following pre-established laws.

 

DATA PROCESSED

 

We need to collect data about you in order to function, improve, personalize, support and advertise our services. This data is provided or collected directly by/from you on our pages or through the emails or messages you send to us when you complete and submit electronic forms from our website.
